We are in the village of Cellan, 3 miles from the University and market town of Lampeter where there is a good selection of restaurants, shops, great pubs, swimming pool and amenities. Tregaron Nature Reserve is nearby and we are only 16 miles to the beautiful Cardigan coast where dolphins can be seen and you will find glorious sandy beaches. An excellent base for touring, birdwatching, cycling, walking, and fishing. Fantastic scenery, abundance of wildlife and wonderful walks on the doorstep with numerous attractions only a short drive away.

Our self-catering cottage sleeps up to five (but can accommodate an extra child/teenager on the pull out bed in the middle bedroom) plus a cot and has been awarded once again this year 5 stars by Visit Wales. We provide guests with beautifully furnished accommodation with attention to detail and many little extras to make your stay memorable. Many of our guests return each year.

For a romantic or relaxing break Tangaer is ideal, our cottage has a four poster bed in the master bedroom and balcony with breathtaking views over the Cambrian Mountains, a double ended jacuzzi bath with powershower over in the bathroom (adult bathrobes supplied) and comfortable leather settees in the lounge. A woodburning fire in the lounge for cosy nights in with a glass of wine.

Guest Comments

We have a decked patio with garden furniture and BBQ (gas supplied) and a play area for the children with basket ball, swings, slide and see-saw. Children are welcome to help with the feeding of chickens daily and feeding of lambs during lambing time (late February – early April). The local pub with restaurant is within walking distance (1.1 miles).

Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome at no extra charge and there is ample off road parking for cars.
