The master bedroom upstairs has a double four poster bed, a balcony with views of the countryside, a sink area, dressing table, remote controlled colour tv, wash basin area and plenty of storage. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a single bed with bed underneath that can be converted into another single suitable for child/teenager, please note by doing this it does restrict the amount of floor space in the room. All beds are made up for your arrival with quality bedlinen.

The bathroom has a 2 person double ended jacuzzi bath with power-shower overhead. Luxury cotton towels are provided for everyone and bathrobes for adults. A selection of “Out of Eden” toiletries are provided for your use. Please bring your own beach towels.

The spacious lounge has two comfy leather settees, one three seater, one two seater, a rocking chair, a woodburning stove with logs supplied, remote controlled digital widescreen colour tv, dvd player, video, radio, stereo/cd player, together with a video library, a large selection of games, books and magazines there is plenty to keep all amused.

The well equipped kitchen has a fan oven with ceramic hob over, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, plenty of cutlery and quality china and pots and pans (everything you would need for your stay). The dining area has a wooden extendable table which seats up to six comfortably. Off the kitchen there is a large utility rooms which is equipped with washer/dryer, freezer, toilet and sink, iron and ironing board, drying facilities.

There is plenty of storage for bicycles, fishing tackle, walking boots and shooting rifles. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs by arrangement free of charge.

To keep children amused we have swings, see-saw, slide, basketball and a sandpit as well as our own very friendly three sheepdogs which loved to be played with. Children (and grownups too) are encouraged to help with the daily feeding of the chickens and lambs in the spring (lambing time late Feb-early April).
