Terms & Conditions A 30% deposit is required to book the cottage with full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking is within 30 days prior to arrival full payment will be required. Any cancellations then the deposit will be kept unless we are able to re-book the cottage. Please make cheques payable to Mrs Iona Williams (sorry but we do not accept credit cards). The cottage is rented from Saturday – Saturday on a weekly basis, short breaks (min.3 night stays) outside of peak times. Arrival time after 3pm and we request that guests leave by 10 o’clock on day of departure (these times can be altered by prior arrangement). All breakages must be paid for. |
